Ellie was born and raised in Ottawa. She obtained an undergraduate degree and a law degree from the University of Ottawa. After articling with Williams Litigation Lawyers, she joined the team as an Associate following her Call to the Bar.

Ellie believes trust is necessary to build the foundation for a strong lawyer-client relationship. She takes the time to explain the legal process so the client can feel comfortable in what is often a very new environment for them, and so they can appreciate the legal implications of each step. Ellie understands the importance of listening to the client to identify their particular needs and to help them obtain the best results.

Ellie has represented clients in a variety of matters, including property disputes, personal injury, insurance related litigation, employment and contracts. She has represented clients at the Social Security Tribunal, in the Small Claims Court and in the Superior Court of Justice. She has worked with our team of litigation lawyers on Superior Court of Justice trials and at the Divisional Court.

In her spare time, Ellie loves to play tennis, play and coach soccer, and go kickboxing over the weekends.
