David brings more than two decades of litigation experience to the firm. His practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation matters, with particular emphasis on corporate and commercial disputes, personal injury litigation, insurance matters, estate litigation, and employment law.
For nearly 50 years Williams Litigation has been known for its focused civil litigation practice, representing individuals, insurers and businesses in complex disputes and providing strategic advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. David’s courtroom experience and practical approach to dispute resolution will further strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver effective, results-driven representation for its clients.
